About Pastegram
Pastegram is a free personal project offering a CV maker, cover-letter builder, local ATS-readiness guidance and a photo editor. It is not an employer, recruitment agency or professional advisory service. These terms describe permitted use and the service’s limitations. Please read them along with the Privacy notice. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service.
Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you hold in the text, photographs and other content you provide. You are responsible for having permission to use them, including permission relating to other people’s images and personal information. Using a template or editing a photograph does not give you rights in somebody else’s protected material.
You permit the processing, display and storage needed to carry out the features you choose, including retaining documents when you save them to your account. This is not a transfer of ownership. Third-party software, fonts and assets remain subject to their respective licences; availability through Pastegram does not grant a separate right to extract or redistribute them.
Accuracy, exports and ATS guidance
Check your CV, cover letter and edited images before using or sharing them. You are responsible for the accuracy of qualifications, employment history and other statements. PDF, Word and print output can differ across software, fonts and printers; review page breaks, photo placement and text after export.
ATS-friendly labels describe template characteristics. The local readiness checker provides rule-based guidance; it is not a third-party hiring-system assessment, certification or guarantee that an employer’s system will accept or rank your CV. The Europass-style percentage measures completion of selected CV sections using local checks. It is not an official Europass score, certification, or guarantee of compatibility with Europass import formats. Pastegram does not promise interviews, employment or any particular outcome.
Accounts, local copies and backups
Guest drafts are stored on your device. Account copies are saved separately when you choose to save them. Keep your own backups and protect your account credentials. Browser storage clearing, device loss, software errors, hosting failures or service changes can affect access. Deleting a browser copy does not automatically delete its server copy, or vice versa.
Administrators may restrict access or remove accounts where reasonably necessary to respond to misuse, security risks or legal obligations. They can reset passwords for account administration and revoke existing sessions. Do not share an account or attempt to access another person’s records. Photo editor
Open only files and projects you trust. Imported projects can contain external image references that cause requests to other websites. Save or export your work before leaving; a working canvas is not a permanent backup. Project exports may include embedded images, layers and editing history, so check what you share.
Do not use the editor to create unlawful, abusive or infringing material, impersonate others deceptively, or misrepresent altered material in a way that violates their rights. You are responsible for appropriate permissions and any disclosure required when using an edited image.
Acceptable use and private feedback
Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files or spam; probe another user’s information; evade access controls; or disrupt the service. Do not use the tools to facilitate fraud or infringe copyright, privacy or other rights. Feedback is sent privately to administrators and is not a public testimonial. Submit only information necessary to explain your issue.
Availability and limitations
The service is offered without a fee on an as-available basis. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Offline editing depends on your browser, previously cached resources and the enabled features; accounts and external services require a connection.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no guarantee is made that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights, or limits remedies that applicable law requires. Keep independent copies of important work.
External services and links
Google verification, optional analytics, hosting, email and any external image hosts have their own service arrangements and data practices. The Privacy notice explains their role in the current tools. A link to another website does not mean Pastegram controls or endorses its contents.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms when the tools or operating arrangements change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. For questions about these terms, privacy, content concerns or account removal, contact the Pastegram site operator through Private feedback.
